Burnout is real, and it affects more Realtors than you might think. The good news is that you can prevent burnout with intentional habits that support your well being and your business growth.

Yet many Realtors struggle with setting goals that are both ambitious and realistic. Some set targets that are too high and end up feeling discouraged. Others set goals that are too low and never push themselves to grow. The sweet spot is somewhere in the middle, and finding it can transform your business.

One of the first things we talk about is how to set goals that make sense for their market, their lifestyle, and their capacity. You do not need to chase unrealistic numbers to be successful. If you sold twelve homes last year, jumping to forty might not be realistic right now. But increasing your sales to fifteen or eighteen is absolutely achievable with the right strategy. Growth does not have to be dramatic to be meaningful.
